Please be aware that everything you can find is is genuine freeware. That is good news and bad news. The good news are that you will never have to pay a single cent for using the programs. You dont even have to register or look at annoying ads. The bad news are that the programs all are sub-optimal (they only "kind of" work), and there is absolutely no support available.
